Teaching

My goal as a teacher is to create dynamic, interactive classrooms using the case method and active learning to build community, creative thinking, and learning by doing. I am prepared to teach courses in organizational behavior and change, entrepreneurship, leadership, and strategy to students ranging from undergraduates to executives.

MIT Sloan School of Management

Teaching Assistant · 2020 – 2026

• Six courses across strategy, leadership, research design, and entrepreneurship.
• Student ratings across courses: 5.8 – 6.7 out of 7.
• Three years as sole TA for Sloan’s EMBA Hackathon (IDEA Week), in which 130 executives build ventures in six dayss; organized an annual visit to 30 MIT research labs, lectured on assignments, and mentored teams.
